How do I change or cancel an order?
To cancel an order you recently completed, simply email us at email@example.com and let us know which order you would like to amend. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, simply refuse the package. Keep in mind however that shipping charges are never refunded once a package has been shipped.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged upon ordering. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our eCommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. We use a fixed SSL encryption which prevents us from being susceptible to the Heartbleed Bug which affects Open SSL encryption.
What are your shipping fees?
We currently charge a $10 flat rate to all 48 contiguous US states. Fees vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also offer free shipping over $100 on the subtotal to all states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We currently do not ship out of the continental US nor to US territories at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How long does it take to deliver?
Generally we ask 1-3 business days to pack your order, and then 3-6 business days transit time after shipment. If you ever want an update on your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you up to date information on your order.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from Boom Boom Jeans, simply email us at email@example.com and ask for a tracking update. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
We ship out orders Monday - Friday, depending on volume it generally takes 3 business days from the date of purchase to ship an order. From there, your order will arrive according to your distance from our home sweet home here in Los Angeles CA.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
NOTE: For consumer protection against fraud, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order if there are fraud flags. This can be if your billing and shipping do not match, or if you are shipping to a name other than that on your billing statement. Your patience is greatly appreciated if your package gets delayed. Should your package be flagged for fraud, a customer service representative will contact you with what it was flagged for, how long it will take before the order ships, and any other relevant information.
What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
"Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. Your "Order Date" corresponds to the date in which you placed the order. The ship date corresponds to the date in which your order leaves our warehouse. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 5:00pm PST, your package may not ship until after the weekend.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently Boom Boom Jeans only ships to the continental United States.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarding services?
We currently are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any Freight Forwarding Service at this time. While the order may initially go through if addressed to a P.O. Box or known Freight Forwarding Service, all orders are subject to review and may be cancelled for any P.O. Box or Freight Forwarding customers.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We here at Boom Boom Jeans support our fighting men and women in America's armed forces. As such, we absolutely ship to APO/FPO addresses to make sure our military stays fashionable even while deployed.

We have resumed our return and exchange policy. Please see updated information below.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange so long as it remains unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Merchandise that meet these conditions may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted. To begin an exchange or return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, order number, order total, and what the issue is. Shipping charges are never, for any reason refunded once an item has been shipped from our facilities.
ITEMS MARKED 40% OFF OR MORE DURING A SALE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND ARE UNABLE TO BE RETURNED. THEY MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE IF ANOTHER SIZE IS AVAILABLE. IF ANOTHER SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE, ALL SALES WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL.
DUE TO SAFETY REASONS, FACE MASKS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please note: We will only return or exchange items bought at www.shopbbj.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
We will reship for free if the wrong item was sent, or if the item sent was defective.
We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges.
Where do I ship my return or exchange?
Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number. All returns & exchanges sent in without a proper RMA can take an additional 3-4 business days processing time and may incur additional costs. To receive an RMA, please email email@example.com with your order number, order total, first and last name, and the item(s) you would like to return / exchange along with what the issue is.
Steps To Return / Exchange
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, order total, first and last name, and the item(s) you would like to return / exchange along with what the issue is. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.
- Mail the items back to the address declared by the customer service associate at email@example.com with the appropriate invoice included and the item to be exchanged circled with the RMA # written next to it.
- Your refund / credit will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, but can take 7-14 business days after receipt to appear back on your statement. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will receive an email to the email address associated with the order once a refund is issued. Online store credits will be issued via email.

Why can't I select the color/size combination I want?
It is possible that the color and size combination you want is not in stock. You can also email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about item availability.
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server using 128 bit encryption which is equivalent to banking standards. Our website is also protected against the heartbleed security flaw.
